Tommie is a passionate, enthusiastic founder of purpose driven, global business Bambuu Brush who work with some of the world’s most influential companies to inspire positive change through sustainable products, educational workshops and impact projects. Since launching Bambuu Brush Tommie and partner Rebecca have sold over 3,000,000 bamboo toothbrushes, stopping over 60,000kg of plastic entering commercial circulation. His recently published TED Talk discusses creating a circular waste-free world.

Marie Carlisle
Goldfinger
Marie is CEO and co-founder of Goldfinger, a design-led social enterprise which crafts timeless, bespoke furniture from locally-sourced and reclaimed materials, benefitting people and planet. Since launching Goldfinger in 2013, she has transformed the company into a grassroots community project into an award-winning social enterprise. In 2018, Marie was awarded a scholarship to attend Harvard Business School's course for non-profit leaders.

Agamemnon Otero MBE
Agamemnon is CEO of Energy Garden, co-founder of Repowering, Brixton Energy, Community Energy England, and has also sat on the UK Government’s Community Energy Contact Group. He has an M.Sc. in Architecture: Advanced Environment and Energy. In 2016, he was awarded an MBE for services to community energy and in 2017 he was named one of the 51 Most Impactful Green Leaders globally by CSR Congress. in 2021 his work on urban resilience was included, among other places, in the Venice Biennial.

Jonathon Porritt
Jonathon Porritt, Co-Founder of Forum for the Future, is a ‘veteran campaigner’ and eminent writer, broadcaster and commentator on sustainable development.
He was formerly Director of Friends of the Earth (1984-90); co-chair of the Green Party (1980-83) of which he is still a member; a Trustee of WWF-UK (1991-2005) and a member of the Board of the South West Regional Development Agency (1999-2008). He stood down as Chairman of the UK Sustainable Development Commission in July 2009 after nine years of providing high-level advice to Government Ministers. Jonathon received a CBE in January 2000 for services to environmental protection.

Dr Gemma Jerome, FLI
Building with Nature
Gemma is the director of Building with Nature (BwN), a national benchmark and accreditation system for green infrastructure. She is an environmental planner specialising in the delivery, management and maintenance of development that puts nature at the heart of its decision-making. BwN is the UK’s first Standards Framework for high-quality green infrastructure and provides industry with how-to guidance to create great places for people and wildlife.

Zac Goodall

Zac is head of sustainability at organic veg box company Riverford, where he is leading the company's Planet Action programme of projects to tackle the climate crisis, encourage biodiversity and invest in the future of sustainable farming. He has an MSc in Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture and studied agroforestry systems and soil health. In his spare time he is a director at The Living Projects CIC, a community and education focussed regenerative land management project.

A lover of product but disillusioned with the’ buy more culture’ and lack of good choices she embarked on starting KANKAN with Co-Founder Eliza Flanagan, together on a mission to find a ‘no sacrifice’ solution to reducing single-use plastics in the home.

Dusty Gedge
Dusty is the current President of the European Federation of Green Roof Associations (EFB). He has a particular interest in biodiversity and urban nature, but also has a focus on climate resilience and the promotion of greener cities. In 2021 he was appointed Industry Expert-in-Residence at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. A recognised designer, technical and policy advisor on green roofs, he is instrumental in writing strategic reports on green infrastructure, the most recent of which is the new London green roof report.

Listed in the Evening Standard as one of 'London’s 1000 most influential people', David led on the development and delivery of Woodberry Wetlands and Walthamstow Wetlands, two of the largest wetlands programmes in London. As Director of Development, David now leads London Wildlife Trust’s consultancy work, fundraising and the development of the Trust’s unique natural heritage projects including Camley Street Natural Park in Kings Cross.

Ian is a marketer, linguist and sustainability practitioner who has worked at sustainable textile manufacturer Camira Fabrics for over 25 years. At Camira he has worked on high profile environmental textile projects, which have pushed the boundaries in innovation, product design and now textile circularity. His proudest moment was launching Sting, a ground-breaking fabric made from harvested nettles, a dream combination for any marketer and sustainability advocate. Yorkshire born and bred, he loves walking in the Yorkshire Dales, is a keen gardener, composter, and amateur photographer.

Alongside this he works as head of brand partnerships at Jukebox PR where his focus is turned to connecting brands into the music world. Here too he is keen to implement and discuss innovation and methods that aim to make the events industry more planet friendly. Recognising music and events as a powerful unifying force and medium to bring about change he sees a lot of synergy between the two worlds and identifies the powerful tool the industry can be in the fight against climate destruction
