One such example is the Phoenix Project in Lewes, developed with Human Nature and Kathryn Firth (ARUP).

The Phoenix, will transform a 7.9-hectare brownfield site in Lewes, East Sussex into a mixed-income, multi-tenure, walkable neighbourhood built around a culture of shared living. It will prioritise the use of natural and reused materials, becoming the UK’s largest timber-structure neighbourhood when built. It will provide 685 highly efficient homes and community buildings, powered by renewable energy and built around abundantly green, beautiful shared spaces.
