The chair will bathe your eyes in the correct amount of light to naturally help regulate your melatonin levels. When used consistently for 30 minutes each morning, light therapy has been scientifically proven to reset our circadian rhythm, also known as our body clock, which significantly improves sleep quality, energy levels and mood.
